Create a unique 3-5 character hostname such as mcc, lila or lrd from the supplied name.

Create [hostname].aiwebdev.co.uk as a private development preview with SSL enabled from the start.
Lifecycle
Warn after 6 days, disable after 7 days, warn again after 25 days, and delete after 30 days if the project does not progress beyond initial design.
